Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the tgit.dev website, client portal, or any services provided by TGIT LLC ("TGIT," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
Services
TGIT provides web development, site management, data and reporting, and full IT partnership services to small businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement agreed upon between you and TGIT. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls.
Subscriptions & Billing
Recurring services are billed on a monthly or annual basis as agreed in your service agreement. Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically each billing cycle until canceled. Annual plans are paid upfront and cover twelve months of service. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all amounts due under your engagement.
Client Portal & Accounts
Access to the client portal is granted to authorized users of active clients. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for misuse, non-payment, or activity that harms our systems or other clients.
SMS & Phone Communications
By submitting a consultation request or providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls and are signing up to receive text messages regarding project updates, consultation scheduling, and administrative support at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement — including websites, code, designs, and reports — are transferred to the client upon full payment of all invoiced amounts. Until full payment, TGIT retains ownership of all work product. TGIT retains rights to its pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TGIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to TGIT in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
